Benefits

We know that benefits are a critical part of our employees’ lives.  So, if you join the AnaptysBio team, you will be offered a benefit program designed to grow with you and your family.  The benefits are our way of demonstrating our commitment to you as your career grows with us.   Here is a “snapshot” of our current benefit program.

 

Eligibility

Full-time, active employees, who work a minimum of 30 hours a week and their active dependents, including domestic partners, are eligible to participate in all of our health benefits.  Core benefits include medical, dental and vision.

 

Health Benefits

Benefits begin on the first day of the month following date of hire. 

 

Medical Plans

We currently offer our employees four choices of medical plan (two HMO and two PPO plans) through Blue Cross.

 

Dental Program

We have a PPO program that provides coverage for preventive, basic and major services to employees and their qualified dependents.

 

Vision Care

Vision care is offered through Vision Service Plan.  The program covers periodic eye exams, frames and eyeglass lenses/contacts.

 

Sharing the Cost

AnaptysBio pays for the majority of the cost for our health benefit programs.  Employee deductions are automatically done on a pre-tax basis

 

Paid Time Off

We currently offer 15 days vacation, 11 paid holidays and 8 days of sick leave.

 

Flexible Spending Accounts

Participants can set aside funds on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health and/or dependent care expenses during the year.

 

Other Leaves

Jury duty, bereavement, paternity, medical leaves, and personal leave are some of the other leaves available.

 

401(k)

On a pre-tax basis, employees can defer either a % or fixed dollar amount of their salary, not to exceed the maximum contribution limit of $16,500, or $22,000 for participants 50 years or older, during the plan year. 

 

Bonus

AnapytsBio has a discretionary bonus program designed to motivate high performance and contributions which are necessary to achieve company-wide performance goals.

 

Incentive Stock Options

All full-time employees are eligible for initial stock option grants. 

 

Life Insurance and AD&D

Employer-paid plan that insures up to 2 times employee’s annual salary to a maximum of $500,000 with a $235,000 guarantee issue. 

 

Long Term Disability

Employer-paid plan that insures 60% income up to a maximum $10,000 monthly benefit with a $6,000, guarantee issue, beginning on the 91st day of disability.

 

Employee Assistant Program

Employer-paid program offering up to three in-person counseling sessions, per problem, per contract year for employees and family members. Also, a 24-hour member advocate line which provides consultation or referral to specialists for legal, financial, WorkLife and/or clinical issues.

 

Tuition Reimbursement Program

Provides employees with a tuition reimbursement benefit for qualified courses and associated fees.

 

Employee Referral Program

Qualified employees are thanked through a cash reward for the referral of candidates who are subsequently hired by the company.

 

Team Building Events

Fun is part of our culture so we sponsor casual employee gatherings, the annual winter holiday and summer picnic celebrations and other events throughout the year.
